• For our valued customer, we provide 12 months free maintenance support. Customer has the option to upgrade a platinum services plan.
• If a fault develops during 12 months from the month of manufacture, those parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge, provided the machine is operated within the specified operational and environmental parameters.
• Warranty coverage includes those consumable parts such as thermal head, magnetic head and erase head. For the "Lower Chassis Unit" – it comprises of multiple rollers, gears and belts to form a single factory part.

To ensure a high level of hardware performance, please observe the following cleaning steps:

Maintenance of Thermal Rewrite Card Reader/ Writer

The surface of thermal rewrite card is easily exposed to absorbing of dirt, oily substance and hand sweat. Continuing read/ write operation will leave such substances on the contact surface of consumable parts of reader/ writer machine and weaken the performance. Sometimes it may require a spare part replacement. We therefore suggest our users to follow a regular and easy maintenance/ cleaning.

* If you find that the cleaning pen cannot offer a satisfactory cleaning process, please cut the front part of the brush.

* The ingredient of the approved cleaning pen is specially formulated. Do not attempt to use unauthorized detergent or improper tools to clean the machine. It may cause machine failure and damage the magnetic head.
